Mission profile
Operating days, active and standby periods, sampling or drilling events and reserve.
Test, Measurement & Laboratory
Custom battery systems for exploration and remote field equipment, engineered around mission duration, intermittent high-power loads, communications, harsh environments and limited charging access.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Exploration equipment may operate far from reliable power while supporting sensors, lights, pumps, motors, computing and communications. Energy reserve, cold or heat, handling and field charging must be defined together.
WHAT TO DEFINE
Early estimates are acceptable. Missing values can be refined through the requirements process.
Operating days, active and standby periods, sampling or drilling events and reserve.
Sensors, processing, lighting, motors, pumps, heaters and radio transmissions.
Vehicle, generator, solar or mains access, recharge time and connector strategy.
Temperature, altitude, water, dust, shock, vibration, transport and service constraints.
ENGINEERING CONSIDERATIONS
The battery must support high-power events and preserve reserve for communications, data recovery or safe shutdown when charging is unavailable.
Build energy from operating modes, duration and weather-dependent derating.
Define motor, pump, heater or transmitter current and duration.
Establish temperature, ingress, shock, vibration and pressure requirements.
Plan charging, replacement, diagnostics and recovery with limited tools.
MISSION-SPECIFIC BATTERY DEFINITION
No fixed reference configuration is published yet. Voltage, capacity, continuous and peak current, charging, BMS logic, communication, protection rating and mechanical interfaces can be customized for the target equipment. Final specifications are subject to the approved project definition.
VALIDATION & PRODUCTION READINESS
Testing should reproduce operating modes, peak events, standby periods, low-SOC recovery, field charging and the defined temperature and mechanical exposure.
Electrical behavior, BMS logic, charging, communication and mechanical fit are checked against the agreed definition.
Environmental, load, runtime or interface tests are selected around the actual product risk and use conditions.
Applicable transport and market evidence is planned and coordinated for the final configuration.
Approved specifications, quality criteria, test requirements and inspection reporting support controlled handoff.
FROM REQUIREMENT TO DELIVERY
Stellova leads requirements analysis, coordinates engineering and qualified production resources, manages applicable certification work, performs production quality inspection and remains the direct technical contact after delivery.
