HOW DELIVERY IS ORGANIZED

Direct project ownership with qualified production resources.

Stellova is the customer-facing business and project lead. Depending on the project, production is coordinated through long-term, associated or specialized qualified factories, while Stellova retains direct responsibility for the customer relationship, project management, certification coordination, production inspection and after-sales technical support.

Stellova Directly Manages

Customer requirements, project management, certification coordination, production quality inspection and reporting, and direct after-sales technical support.

Engineering Work Is Coordinated

Cell selection, electrical architecture, BMS and mechanical design may be performed directly by Stellova, jointly with qualified partners or through project-specific engineering resources.

Qualified Partners Execute

Sample builds, testing support and repeat production are coordinated with long-term, associated or specialized qualified production resources selected for the project.

The Customer Retains Approval

The customer confirms requirements, approved samples, acceptance criteria, commercial decisions and authorized engineering or production changes.
