PV Generation Profile
Array rating, expected daily production, seasonal variation, charge-controller limits and periods of low generation.
Energy Storage & Electric Mobility
As a custom solar energy storage battery manufacturer, Stellova develops systems around generation profile, daily load, required autonomy, charge and discharge power, inverter interface, operating environment and service strategy.
ENERGY SYSTEM DEFINITION
A useful storage specification cannot be derived from panel power or battery capacity alone. The first review should combine site irradiation assumptions, load timing, critical loads, grid or generator availability, autonomy target, allowable cycling window and the actual power-conversion equipment.
WHAT TO DEFINE
Measured generation and load data are preferred. Where a project is early, documented assumptions can be used and then checked during system validation.
Array rating, expected daily production, seasonal variation, charge-controller limits and periods of low generation.
Day and night consumption, continuous and peak power, motor or inverter starts, critical loads and allowable load shedding.
Required hours or days of support, on-grid or off-grid operation, generator interaction, backup reserve and target depth of discharge.
System voltage, inverter and controller models, installation space, indoor or outdoor location, ambient temperature, ventilation, monitoring and service access.
ENGINEERING CONSIDERATIONS
Daily energy balance determines capacity, while peak loads, PV charging and inverter behavior determine current capability. Cell configuration, BMS logic, thermal management and system controls should be designed from the same operating model.
Model usable energy from generation, consumption, conversion losses, reserve policy and seasonal conditions rather than nominal capacity alone.
Coordinate PV charge current, inverter demand, peak loads, generator charging and low-generation recovery with cell and BMS limits.
Define voltage windows, contactor and pre-charge behavior, SOC/SOH, alarms and communications with the inverter, controller or energy-management system.
Address daily cycling heat, low-temperature charging, cabinet airflow, ingress exposure, module serviceability, cable routing and installation constraints.
SOLAR-STORAGE SYSTEM DEFINITION
No fixed reference configuration is published on this page yet. The battery is engineered for the target equipment; voltage, capacity, continuous and peak current, charging, BMS logic, communication, protection rating and mechanical interfaces can be customized. Final specifications are subject to the approved project definition. Solar-storage sizing requires the site generation profile, load profile, autonomy target, inverter or PCS interface and operating strategy.
VALIDATION & SYSTEM READINESS
Testing should reflect charging from variable generation, load changes, reserve behavior and recovery after low state of charge. The battery and power-conversion equipment must be evaluated together.
Confirm capacity, charge and discharge limits, voltage behavior, protection thresholds, balancing, communication and thermal response.
Check voltage windows, pre-charge, contactor sequence, charge commands, SOC reporting, alarms and recovery from faults.
Reproduce representative generation and load periods, including peak demand, low-generation recovery and backup-reserve behavior.
Freeze the approved configuration, interface version, installation checks, acceptance criteria and production test plan.
FROM ENERGY MODEL TO RELEASED SYSTEM
Stellova translates the site's generation, load and autonomy requirements into battery architecture, coordinates the BMS and power-conversion interfaces, defines validation and carries the accepted configuration into controlled production.
