Production Resource Qualification
Match the project with manufacturing capability appropriate to its chemistry, design, process and volume requirements.
PRODUCTION EXECUTION & QUALITY CONTROL
Stellova coordinates production readiness, qualified manufacturing execution, quality inspection and documented release around the approved battery definition.
OUR OPERATING MODEL
Stellova does not present every production resource as an owned facility. We select and coordinate qualified manufacturing capability according to the chemistry, BMS, enclosure, process, certification, volume and delivery needs of each project. Stellova personnel align quality criteria, inspect production and provide agreed reporting to the customer.
PRODUCTION PATH
Manufacturing begins only after the technical definition, materials, process controls, inspection criteria and release requirements are aligned.
Match the project with manufacturing capability appropriate to its chemistry, design, process and volume requirements.
Align approved specifications, BOM, drawings, tooling, work instructions, test criteria and open issues.
Confirm agreed cells, electronics and mechanical materials and define incoming verification requirements.
Verify assembly steps, fixtures, critical parameters, workmanship standards and in-process checks.
Run the agreed electrical, communication, protection, consistency and aging checks before release.
Stellova personnel review agreed quality points, provide reporting and coordinate release and shipment.
QUALITY GATES
The exact inspection and test plan is tailored to the battery design, customer requirement and agreed production scope.

Check agreed cell, BMS, connector, cable and structural material requirements before use.
Monitor critical assembly parameters, workmanship, insulation, connections and configured settings.
Verify voltage, resistance, BMS protection, communication, charging and load behavior as applicable.
Apply the agreed aging cycle and review pack behavior and consistency before final release.
Confirm appearance, dimensions, labeling, interfaces, packaging and required release criteria.
Document nonconformities, corrective actions and approved material or process changes.
PRODUCTION RESPONSIBILITIES
A controlled production program depends on clear approval authority, execution responsibility and reporting. Stellova keeps these responsibilities visible throughout the project.
Coordinates production resources, aligns quality criteria, conducts or coordinates inspection, provides agreed reports and remains the customer-facing project owner.
Executes sourcing, assembly, in-process controls and production tests according to the approved project definition and agreed quality plan.
Approves specifications and agreed samples, confirms acceptance requirements and communicates forecast, delivery and change needs.
DOCUMENTED RELEASE
Available records depend on the agreed project scope and must be defined before production. Stellova aligns the required reporting rather than promising documents that have not been contracted.
Controlled specifications, BOM, drawings and configuration references as applicable.
Agreed incoming, in-process, functional, aging and final inspection results.
Relevant supplier, batch, serial or production references according to project requirements.
Approved deviations, engineering changes, nonconformity handling and corrective actions.
